Position Status: Regular, Full-time (1.0 FTE)

EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!

The Role:

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis by working closely with the members of EFW executive and management teams.

Reporting to: Director of Finance

Role Overview:

• Synthesizes current business intelligence tools, databases, dashboard, systems or methods;
• Maintains or updates business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems or methods;
• Manages the timely flow of business intelligence information to users;
• Identifies and analyzes industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications;
• Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools;
• Maintains a library of model documents, templates or other reusable knowledge assets;
• Stays current with industry trends and BI technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to existing processes and tools;
• Other duties as assigned.

You have the following:

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience would be considered).
• Proven experience as a business Intelligence Analyst, BI developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in EPMs and BI tools (Jedox experience considered a strong asset)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and executives
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Previous experience in healthcare industry is considered an asset.
